Mobimate Return WorldMate Domain Name Rights

MobiMate has won it’s complaints to return the rights of the domain name that was registered for about 5 years to a Japanese citizen to it’s hands.
In a complaint filed with WIPO, the World Intellectual Property Organization, against Sachiwo Inagaki, it was ruled that the domain name rights will be transferred back to MobiMate.
The decision state that Mr. Inagaki has registered the domain name on his name thus infringing on MobiMate rights to the registered WorldMate trademark, without having any rights or interested in this domain name, and using it in bad faith.
